  • Amazing Customer Service

    Tyler helped me at the Manitowoc store, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I got a new phone, and never backed it up. Instead of me not having a phone, I was able to take my new phone home with me while my phone transferred over night at the store.   • Glass replacement

    If I ran my business this way I would not have a business. Spoke to several people at the Shawano, WI location who indicated they could not get a replacement glass for my Samsung Galaxy S6. I found several of them on AMAZON.COM which included the replacement kit tools and glue. Several you-tube videos on how to do it, so it is absolutely doable. Store asked me to purchase the glass - no big deal $11.00 and bring the phone in and they would have it done. So at this point through phone calls etc. probably have two hours into this.   • Lousy Customer Service

    Went to the Rib Mountain location to make a payment. We were not greeted when we walked in. There were only 2 employees working and there were 4 people that came in after we did, one of them left. Neither of the employees said "one of us will be with you shortly".   • Cellcom Wireless Mobile Data Coverage

    4G LTE. Sure, it's fast.. So long as you have the coverage for it. In the middle of my city, in which there are multiple Cellcom outlets dotted throughout, I couldn't even use my LTE, and the coverage was bumped down to 3G. I have NEVER seen my coverage bars max out, not in the year since I've owned my HTC M8.   • OUTRAGOUS prices and mums the word on contract information

    I got taxes back last year and went in and bought a new phone. I had decided to get a smart phone. I was NOT informed that I was 're-upping' my part of a shared contract for another two years. The entire contract costs almost $130 a month. The contract has only one smart phone on it, I only have 200MB data package, I can't send or receive multimedia messaging.     I was informed that Cellcom wont be getting the galaxy 3 or the galaxy S4 phones. When I called customer service the first time on 4/28/2013 the lady never heard of the galaxy 3 or the galaxy S4. I told her that galaxy 3 came out in 2012 and then on 4/29/2013 when I called again I asked them why they only have the out dated phones the lady at customer service told me "I really don't know why" So how can Cellcom state that they are clearly the best when they are not clearly the best with out dated phones.   • Cellcom and hidden contract changes

    Our family recently "upgraded" to new 4g phones during Thanksgiving. We did resign our contact, as we were happy with the service we were receiving at the time, and were informed that nothing would be changing in our contract. One month later I receive a text that I am nearing the limit on my data.     I get at least 10 - 20 dropped calls a day through cellcom I have 3 phones on my account and we all have the same crappy servcie. I call cellcom and complain and they say its out phones.   • Pre-Paid Plan Run Around

    My wife and I switched to their Pre-Paid plan after 10+ years of being a regular plan user. Reason being all the grown kids now had their own cell plans and Mom & Dad used their cells very occasionally. We were throwing hundreds of expensive minutes away each month so the switch was a necessity. I found out rather quickly that CellCom goes out of their way to deter folks from the Pre-Paid plan.   • Cellcom service review

    I used my upgrade and purchased an htc touch pro phone. It had nothing but problems. I had junk loaner phones more than I ever had my phone. The phone was sent to the manufacterer twice and was in repair several times.you would think a phone company would try to Keep you happy and offer a new phone..not cellcom!!     On a 1 to 10, I give Cellcom a 1-. I switched from Sprint to cellcom to reduce my monthly cast of service. Starting with the phones, nothing but troubles, spend hundreds of dollars, upgrading and servicing them. Services: Very disjointed as what plan is appropriate and when I went on vacation and used my phone, i ran up extraordinary charges, unknowingly for long distance, roaming, minutes etc., w/o any warnings from Cellcom that there was a better way/plan etc. Very poor customer care.   • cellcom internet is terrible dont get it

    cellcom internet about a year ago used to be awesome. it is now a year later and they have sold beyond the capcity that their towers can handle. The servic is poor to say the elase, many days i cannot connect to the internet at all or it is extremely slow, and cellcom before u point out that "Oh ur just in a bad location," no im a mile away from a tower which according to u guys is perfect and shud have no problems. Cellcom is terrible. My wife went in to change phones and they stuck her with a misleading pitch and she ended up with their two year contract, which she didn't want, but I didn't find out until it was too late to change. So we're being charged a big fee for little service and if we drop it we get smacked with a $140 fee. I feel they are a dishonest company employing dishonest salespeople. Plus their coverage stinks as we are always getting our calls dropped.

Let me begin by saying I have always been happy with the service until recently when I started having problems with my current Blackberry. Since I'm well into a 2yr contract (and not my first), I was told I cannot upgrade to a new Blackberry until I am 19 mos into my contract. 19 MONTHS? Really? I will not buy a new phone outright and I do not want to have this one repaired, so they are really not giving me much choice. I can buy out of the contract, go to another provider and be eligible for an upgrade every 10 - 12 months. Sounds like a 'no-brainer' to me.

Poor Service - Do not use if you are a small business or if you care about receiving voicemails in a timely fashion. On 10/6/2010 received voice messages dating back to
9/22/2010. They also misrepresented themselves
when I signed up, which cost me an add'l $10+ per month. I called immediately on the discrepancy (the same day I signed up) & was assured the fees would be adjusted on the first bill. Right...when it came through wrong, I wad told they never said that! I'm buying out of my contract ASAP.
